1. Handling & Processing Time

All orders are processed within 10–20 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

We ship our products directly from our fulfillment partner in Japan.

• USA Shipping: 5–15 business days via Express Shipping.
• UK Shipping: 5–18 business days via Express Shipping.

3. Shipping Cost

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $235. For orders under $235, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 will apply at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on our "Order-tracker" page.

Return & Refund Policy

At SunandSheen, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since we deal with skincare and cosmetics products, we maintain a strict hygiene policy.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You can return your product within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original retail packaging.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately at sunandsheen@fixyourdev.com with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a 100% full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
